   It’s not that obvious in the subtitles. But in the original Japanese lyrics it is pretty clear. She says “we need to end up together or there is no point” or something like that.

   Actually it is the opposite. She says that she doesn’t want to be called Juliet because she doesn’t want it to be a tragedy…
   She wants to be Cinderella because she lived happily ever after. That’s why she asks if he will live with her (ever after).

    I get that it’s Cinderella and her relatioship with whoever ends at midight but really is she talking about sex, cause the picture doesn’t help.

    As you can see this song have plenty of hints thats sex related. But the author using a lot of kiddy story to tell it, create a nice contrast.

    my way of seeing this song is that her relationship is like romeo and juliet. but because she knows it won’t last long, she’s like cinderella (it ends at midnight).

    “My father hates you, but I love you” is a certainly difficult feeling for her to overcome, and as I said earlier, needs to overcome it.

    In this story, I don’t really think there is a bad guy or a villain, etc. It seems to me that the father is rather overprotective of his sweet little girl, and that he blames this Romeo for all the changes in her behaviour.

    A very interesting story, if I may so myself ;3

    The happiness in a small box she mentions is a wedding ring. She begins speaking of making hard decisions, because she solely has the choice to marry the man she loves, or follow the wishes of her parents.

    The glass slipper she left behind was a gift from Miku so that ‘Romeo’ would be able to find her again, and Miku believes that Cinderella did the same thing with the same thoughts and desires in her head.

    Everything becomes overwhelming, to where she wishes to be be saved.

    In my own opinion of this song… Miku is a good girl who follows the wishes of her parents, but since meeting this man and falling in love with him, she has begun to disagree with them.

    Rather than the whole Juliet incident where she ended up having to marry another man, she refers to herself as Cinderella; dancing all night with her Prince Charming .

    As for mentioning being a bad girl, she is reffering to her appearence; she has started to wear a bit of make-up and more revealing clothing.

    Miku sounds like the criminal here, imo. xP Going against her parents’ wishes to go out with some guy. It seems like she’s really clingy to him even though halfway through the song she mentions not wanting to be a good girl that night. Though that really depends on whether she’s apologizing to him or her parents…
    Then there’s the possibility that her parents dislike the guy for no real reason.

    There’s a number of ways to interpret the song, though. It’s more addictive like that. ^^;

    thats… depressing.
    And if i get the lyrics right the guy is pulling a “romeo” himself, going up the balcony and into her bedroom when the parents fall asleep.
    And, by the way I felt more like I was cinderella´s dad. I felt like shooting that romeo asshole trying to get his way with my daughter , which is only doing this to piss me off.
    God ,I am old!
